Step 2: Design & Refine
I’ll create a personalized itinerary with destinations, experiences, and logistics tailored just for you. Within 3-5 days, we’ll review the proposal together and make adjustments until it feels perfect.
Step 3: Book & Travel
Once finalized, you’ll securely authorize payment so I can confirm all arrangements. I’ll provide helpful updates, travel documents, and WhatsApp support while you’re away. All you have to do is relax and enjoy.
WHY I CHARGE A PLANNING FEE?

It ensures I can focus fully on your trip, sourcing the best options, negotiating details, and adding those special touches that make your experience extraordinary.
This fee also means my recommendations are guided by what’s right for you - not just by supplier commissions. It’s your guarantee of care, creativity, and peace of mind before your trip even begins.
Personalized Travel Planning Fee - $250
The $250 planning fee covers every detail that turns your trip into a seamless, stress-free experience. This includes personalized research, custom itinerary design, and booking all elements of your vacation - thoughtfully curated to match your travel style, preferences, and budget. It also covers assistance with pre-travel documents and dedicated client support from the moment you book until you arrive home.
Small Group Travel Planning - $150 per person
For small groups (5 or more travelers) - whether it’s a wellness retreat, getaway with friends, family, or clients - we’ll partner with the group leader to curate the perfect itinerary. This fee includes collaborative itinerary design, personalized planning, securing all bookings, and preparing travel documents for each traveler or couple. It also covers dedicated support throughout your journey, from planning to the moment everyone arrives home.
